Rental Policy/Customer Responsibilities

BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
We follow industry standards for our rental equipment, we are not affiliated with any other rental buisness.

We own what we advertise, our equipment is purchased new from the manufacture dealer.

We only rent top brand equipment, no "grey market" 

We rent equipment by the Day, Week or Month.

1 Day consist of 8 metered hours in a 24 hour time period, extra time is 1/8th the daily rate.
1 Week consist of 40 metered hours in a 7 day period, extra time is 1/40th the weekly rate.
1 Month consist of 160 metered hours in a 28 day period, extra time 1/160th monthly rate.

Equipment must be ready for pick-up or returned by the "off rent" time, if you need the equipment longer you must call prior to your off rent time.

Equipment must be clean before return or pick up to avoid being charged a cleaning fee.

Equipment must be refueled prior to return or pick up, please understand that our drivers will not drive to a refueling station for you to refuel the machine, they also will not wait around for you to refuel the machine, if the machine is called off rent or off rent, it
needs to be ready proir to pick up, our delivery/pick up schedules are tight.

Refueling of equipment is not allowed at our yard or on our trucks.

Unfueled returned equipment will be charged a refueling charge at our posted refueling rate.

The customer is responsable for insurance of rented equipment.

The customer is to provide a qualified operater.

The customer is responsable for notifying the office when or if the following happens,
  *Equipment becomes damaged.
  *If equipment is "rolled over" you must shut off engine imediatly, DO NOT TRY TO RESTART THE ENGINE, SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE WILL HAPPEN.
  *Equipment runs out of fuel, please don't run the equipment out of fuel.
  *To notify the office if you need the machine longer than your scheduled rental.

Cancellation policy,
  *You must notify the office 24 hours prior to the start of your rental, 

Customer hauling policy,
We allow customers to haul our equipment, however they must adhere to State and Federal saftey standards.
We don't rent trailers for our equipment.
We don't loan or rent tie down equipment, however we do sell chains, binders and ratchet straps.
The customer must provide truck/trailer rated to cover the load.
If the truck/tailer is rated 26,001LBS or over the driver must have a CDL (comercial drivers license) NO EXEMPTIONS.
Driver must secure equipment with the proper tie down equipment "chains and binders" must be used on all equipment 4000LBS and over, properly rated ratchet straps can be used for lighter equipment.
